The first post on my site! I don't know what kind of tone I want to use here so just don't mind the confusion.

Commissions are now open! Unlimited slots for now, and I'm not quite sure how long I can keep them open, but let's say I'm accepting new commission requests for at least a month from now.

Pricing

I decided to switch my prices to Euros, which makes things a little easier on my end. USD or any other currencies accepted by PayPal can still be used to pay through PayPal with ease: PayPal will automatically do the currency conversion as you pay the invoice. Mind that there is a small currency conversion fee that you will pay on top of the payment.

The switch does make DA Point pricing a little tricky as the value of Points is tied to USD. To keep things simple, I decided to use a rate of 1€ for 100 Points for now, and this rate is subject to change in future.

Ping list → Mailing list

As you may well be aware, my commission openings are few and far in between, and this has resulted in a scattered ping list of old and new ping requests from two different platforms, and email. As my commission openings will likely remain similarly irregular, I don't want to deal with the messiness and uncertainty of old ping requests anymore, so I'm switching to a mailing list. This enables me to open my commissions more casually and often, perhaps just a few slots at a time, without needing to go through my ping list every time.

If you want to be notified about future commission openings, click the link on the menu panel to subscribe, and you will receive an email when I open. You will also be the first to know about any sales or special offers.

I'm still learning and trying out these features, so please excuse my possible fumbling with the system. I believe it's best to use the system provided by my website provider, though it'll appear less pro for now as I haven't paid premium for those features, but it's way more likely to not end up in your junk/spam folders.

I would have liked to implement an option to choose what you want to hear about (just commission openings, or sales/discounts as well etc.), but this turned out to be a bigger hassle than what I want to deal with right now. I may implement a more sophisticated system in the future, but for now, the mailing list is one-size-fits-all, and I promise not to spam you too often :)

Commission options

I'm debuting a new style for my icon commissions, and it's available for a discounted price of 25€ for a limited time. I don't want to lock in the style and technique I'm using, so I'm still experimenting with this commission type, hence the discounted price.

When I'm satisfied with the style and examples I've got, the price will be raised to 30€.

Sketches are currently unavailable, as I'm thinking of trying out something different for sketches in the future.
